Personalised Dog Keepsake Card

This fun and adorable keepsake card is a unique card for all dog parents, ideal for Father’s Day or Mother’s Day, birthdays (pet or human), and Christmas. The birchwood keepsake is engraved with your dog’s breed, name and a personalised message, plus it's removable so you can treasure the memento. Inside the card can be personalised or left blank for a hand-written message.

Features:

• Each one of our cards features a bespoke keepsake wooden cut dog design, engraved with your dog’s breed, name, and a short message.

• You can also choose to have text printed on the inside of the card, or leave it blank if you wish to hand-write a message. Please be careful with spelling and capitalisation as we will engrave your text exactly as you send it.

• Choose your dog breed from the list and we will include the drawing as standard. Please note, we have tried to include a comprehensive list of dog breeds and are unable to include cross-breeds. Please choose your closest match.

• When filling in the form, please put ‘N/A’ if you wish to leave a part of the personalisation blank.

• If you wish to send the gift direct, we can include a gift receipt and inside the card you can include a message – please select this option in the menu. You can leave your message either in the form or at checkout, or please drop us a line.

• We make this card with the intention of it being stored as a keepsake. The dog keepsake is made from birchwood and can be detached if you wish to recycle the card, which has been hand-crafted from square card stock. It comes complete with a white envelope.
