Personalised Initial Birthday Keepsake Card

A beautiful new addition to our card collection, our initial keepsake card is a unique birthday card to someone special on an important birthday that will be treasured. Let us know the initial and we will attach the wooden floral keepsake onto the card. After the big day the card can be recycled and the initial can be put safely away in a keepsake box or put out on display.

Features:

• Each one of our cards features a bespoke wooden keepsake design which can be personalised with an initial and a message underneath on the front of the card.
• You can also choose to have text printed on the inside of the card, or leave it blank if you wish to hand-write a message.
• When including your details on the form, please be careful of spelling and punctuation as we will copy your text exactly.
• If you wish to send the card direct, please select this option in the menu and you can leave your message at checkout or please drop us a line. 

• Made from card stock.
• Keepsake is oak and is securely attached to the card but can be detached to be stored as a keepsake if you wish to recycle the card.
• It comes complete with a white envelope.

• Card is 10cm x 10cm.
• Initial keepsake is 6cm.

This item is handmade to order and dispatched within 2-3 working days. When adding multiple items to your cart you will only be charged one delivery fee.

We advise that you allow at least 3 working days between estimated delivery and the event you need the order for.
